pressure and managing a substantial workload through a formal electronic workflow system, where tasks, due
dates and completion are actively monitored.

Training & Development Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training & Development Facilitator to lead and coordinate
learning and development initiatives across the hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and evaluating all
clinical and non-clinical training programmes to ensure a highly skilled workforce and compliance with
regulatory, accreditation and organisational requirements. The incumbent will drive continuous professional
development, nursing competency programmes, Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) initiatives and SANC CPD
activities, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Technical Artisan
The successful candidate will support the business plan’s strategic objectives through the effective
management and maintenance of the hospital’s electrical and technical infrastructure.
The Technical Artisan – Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection,
testing, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment throughout the hospital.
The role will also provide technical support across the hospital’s engineering services, ensuring that
all electrical infrastructure is maintained to a safe, reliable and compliant standard.

Case Manager
The selected candidate will report directly to the Manager of Patient Services and Administration,
undertaking the crucial role of facilitating communication between patients, specialist physicians, and
medical insurance providers. This entails leveraging clinical expertise to navigate issues such as length of
hospital stay, required level of care, and available benefits within medical coverage.
In addition to this, the Case Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the patient services
team throughout the entirety of a patient's hospitalisation journey. This includes ensuring the prompt and
efficient submission of invoices to medical insurance companies, while also mitigating risk through the
provision of necessary authorizations and updates on ICD/CPT codes.
